Pumpkin Bisque

Ingredients:1/4 c finely chopped onion
2 T butter
2 c canned pumpkin
2/3 c sour cream
4 c chicken broth
2 c light cream
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 t salt
sour cream and chives for garnishing

Directions:Saute onion in butter and set aside. Combine other ingredients in
a bowl and mix until smooth. Add onions and butter. Cover and
chill. If serving hot, warm slowly over low heat. Do not boil.
