Ingredients: | 1 head broccoli, trimmed of tough ends and cut into spears 2 tablespoons wok or vegetable oil 1 teaspoon hot crushed red pepper flakes 4 cloves garlic, chopped Coarse salt |
Directions: | Simmer broccoli covered in one inch of water for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Drain broccoli and reserve. Return skillet to high heat. Add oil, crushed pepper and garlic. Turn broccoli in hot spicy oil and season with salt. Transfer to a serving dish. |
