Here is an old family recipe book that was made long before blogs became popular. We have just turned it into a blog so please have patience with us as we update pictures and info. We will also be adding some new recipes along the way.

3 Eggs 1 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Dark Corn Syrup 1/4 stick melted butter 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Corn Starch 1 Pinch of salt 1 Cup of Pecans
After eggs are well beaten combine with the rest of the ingredients and pour into Pie Crust. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º until done. About 1 hour alltogether.
