Ingredients: | 4 Chicken Breast 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, grated 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/4 cup butter 1 lemon onion salt slivered almonds or cashews 4 tomato slices cinnamon |
Directions: | Dip Chicken in egg, then dip into cheese and bread crumbs combined. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Sqeeze all the juice from the lemon on top and season with onion salt and nuts. Place 1 tomato slice on each chicken breast and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. |
