Chocolate Cake in a Crockpot

This recipe is always a hit because people are amazed that you can do a cake in a crock pot and because it is always so moist. The picture below does not do it justice but I wanted to show something. This is super good with ice cream and chocolate syrup.


Ingredients:18.5 oz pkg chocolate cake mix
3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
2 cups sour cream
4 eggs
1 cup water
3/4 cup oil
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water,
and oil and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in
chocolate chips.

2. Pour into greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high
3-4 hour, on low 6-7 hours, or until a toothpick inserted in
center comes out with moist crumbs.

3. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
