Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:1 package sausage or ham cut into pieces
24 slices bread
5 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
grated cheese

Directions:Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Cut bread into
cubes and place in baking dish. In a blender, combine eggs, 2
cups milk and dry mustard. Poor evenly over bread cubes. In
the blender combine soup and 1 cup milk. Spread over the top of
the soaking bread cubes. Sprinkle with cooked sausage or ham
cubes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, sprinkle
with grated cheese. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool for a
few minutes before serving.
